After you have explored your relationship with pain and mastered the exercises that work for you, take your next steps by creating a self care plan for managing your pain. You may also be ready to learn more about chronic pain or other pain management alternatives.

Redefining your relationship with pain will take practice, and patience. My Pain Management intentionally provides a variety of exercises to allow you to find what works for you. These techniques are not meant to replace the pain treatments you already use and you should continue to work with your physician to address any physical health problems you are having, including pain.
